The Great Toilet Paper Shortage was in 2020. President Biden fixed the supply chain after he kicked the other guy's ass. I had no idea there were so many sore losers. They're pathetic...every single one of them. They voted for inflation (tariffs) and then blame Biden. They voted for a guy who lied about fixing the border and then blame Biden. You blame Biden for the supply chain shortage that happened under the Orange Jesus. Whatever it is it appears to be very contagious.
