I didn't listen to Jansen, but I got the gist of the news.
I think their mouth is writing checks their sales team won't be able to cash. This makes no difference if you are day trading them, but it makes a big difference to the funds.

I cannot think of any datacenter that has enough power and cooling for their new servers.

And I get that they want to be "platform" and not just a chip company, but I don't think they can execute on that either. Firstly, that is not their core skill. Secondly, that puts them at odds with parts of their ecosystem. Thirdly, their competition is not sitting on their butts waiting for them clean up. And finally, he is assuming, in fact he said as much, that there is at least 2 years of winds behind his back. Whereas I think he's got only this year, if that.

The last point is important because it will bring about a lasting and massive decline. Why do I think that? Because GPUs are good for parallelizing identical operations. They suck at one-off issues. However, there are limits to what you can parallelize. Most things don't lend themselves to parallel operations.

I'm pretty sure the funds don't get the above. But I'm also pretty sure they hire people who do. And so somewhere between fear and greed things will muddle along.
