I think we need universal background checks, along with laws making possession of guns by convicted felons illegal. If a person is arrested and convicted of being undocumented, possession will become illegal.

Rat would like nobody to carry a gun, just like back in the good old days. That's why he keeps his own in the house, not his truck.
