High beta vs low vol - on a weekly chart.

Is it a “bullish” C&H? Or, is the ratio losing momentum? Maybe, it rallied out of the 2020 low, then pulled back sharply into its 2022 low - and is now completing a wave C? The latter scenario would suggest that high beta may not be the best place to be.

The answer - imo, watch what the relative strength chart will do next.
