All I have seen announced is a shareholder rights program to protect shareholders in case of takeover attempt. The word is that 2 companies are looking to grab CYMI. biz.yahoo.com Cymer just put in place a 50 million dollar share buyback plan and there is already a 4 million share short position that is being squeezed tightly. The stock just recently popped from 14 1/2 to 22 on all of this news. I am lost on where the short play is. Any answers?
