"I am hopeful that this will be a positive week" We could get sandbagged Friday and open Monday to more bad news. I think Friday's numbers were inflationary, and Powell knew that Wednesday. So, it all gets down to rates, hold cut or hike. Just holding hasn't put the brakes on housing or the market, if unemployment starts moving up, he'll cut. If inflation moves up, he'll hike. I've been watching a lot of breakouts with no follow through. KRE is a head scratcher so was GS. NKE LULU both down with an interesting little tell, retail sales were up in China, some left field inflation? I don't know what's going to happen, but I feel calm and ready to trade, been getting a lot of practice lately.
