You don't think there are any environmental problems with EV's including the mining of Cobalt and Lithium? Clean coal is a technology that could be pursued. Sure solar energy is a great way to go, but not at the price of remaining uncompetitive to China. That is a ridiculous and unnecessary burden on the USA. How is Europe going to survive the next winter without Russian Gas and Oil? Or are you part of that special group that wants to see China get ahead while America & Europe is destroyed on multiple levels, economically and culturally ? The "China Model" is deemed best for the peons by that special group. 15 minutes cities etc and no citizens rights whatsoever. . The Democrats seem real keen on seeing America destroyed, Europe too for that matter.
