So the tobacco suit was also a money grab?
Pretty much. The tobacco lawsuits set a far-reaching legal precedent.

Now any Big Corporation can be sued for the negative side effects of anything they sell, including:

- Violent or sexually explicit video games
- Social media, especially mind drugs like TikTok

- Sugar and processed carbs
- Music and videos promoting violence against police or against government authorities (a.k.a. insurrections)

This lawsuit against Big Oil is no different.
