FWIW; received a corrected 1099 today for 2023 showing that my KMI dividends were used to reduce my cost basis and dividend income was reduced accordingly. This corrected 1099 seems to come every year at about this time, so I wait on filing taxes until I can get the corrected version so I do not over pay.
