Pure insanity!!!

Here in Florida the laws are very different...

If you find a so called squatter in your home, call the police and they'll remove the squatter(s)...

Also, if you're at home and someone enters unlawfully, then you're encourage to shoot them dead, and then call the police...

Florida homeowners are fully protected by the Castle Doctrine which states your home is your castle and if anyone forces their way into your home then you're encouraged to shoot them dead before you do anything else, it is automatically presumed that they intend to do you harm...
