I never got around to "Peaky Blinders" when it was hot, but I downloaded a couple of episodes for a recent trip and saw why it did so well. At the same time, it's a carbon copy (so far) of shows like "Sons of Anarchy" with the "good" bad guys and bad bad guys and good corrupt cops and bad nasty cops plus some sex thrown in. Everyone is scheming one angle or another while coping with inner demons. Formulas work, huh?
