OK, Roger Thanks, I did not search back far enough to turn that up on Edgar. One last question. If the CYMI convertible was registered so long ago and the stock fell so far (from 50 to 15 basically), what is it that is making you short it now? Could you explain why a rights offering filed now indicates the stock is ripe to be shorted? Do you believe that the convertible is going to get converted and sold now? I greatly appreciate your taking the time out to answer my questions .....thanks in advance and good luck to you........;^)
