I don't think you are seeing what is right in front of you.

Trump has not only gotten crazier, and more people are noticing, he is demanding full fidelity to the idea the Republican party is the MAGA Trump party.

He is even saying he does not want Romney Republicans.

Since taking over the RNC he has fired most of the top people and is replacing them with people who he demands agree the 2020 election is stolen, Codifying "The Big Lie".

And mainstream Republicans are abandoning him as they do not want to be seen as the stupid people who follow him.
