WHL : Anyone buying CATS is praying for a takeover.

As an investment I don't like CATS because I don't think that management is acting in the shareholders best interest. The poison pills are nothing but management "golden hand shakes". The attractive side of CATS is the (P/S = 0.2) the problem is that Gross Margins are low (under 30%) and CATS does not have the capital to profit from any upturn in the Flash market (Inventory is already the largest part of Current Assets)

IMHO CATS will stay at around BV and earnings will continue to be negative for 98.
