The speaker of the House is on record saying that he does not believe in the separation of Church from State.

That is pretty dangerous. So, if USA becomes a Christian State, what's the next step? Does the State give fines and prison terms to those who publicly proclaim that they don't believe in Jesus as the Saviour?

That's the next step once you turn the USA into a Christian State?

In terms of your question in terms of at what point is the fetus a person, that depends on what you use as your criterion. If you are an evangelical, birth begins at conception. If you are a person of science, then public policy in terms of abortion is based on when the mind is formed. As the ancient Greeks said, " man is the rational animal."

If you want the USA to become a Christian State, then you are pro life for everyone.

Mind is formed in the fetus, according to science, in the beginning of the third trimester.

Nevada State legislature has legalized abortion for first two trimesters.

That seems right to me.
