As to whether those warrants are trading and at what price, I would rely on the company's website and news releases. They are required to make full disclosure.

The reason I sometimes get a warrant set up ahead of time on TD is nothing to do with TD itself, other than that they tend not to be ready on the first day of trading.

Rather, I sometimes try to buy warrants I am interested in on the first day of trading because the uninformed sometimes see them show up in their holdings, don't know what they are, and then sell them at a good price. You can sometimes get real bargains on the first day.

If you are not familiar with trading warrants, I would be very cautious. They are a good way to lose money if you aren't very careful.
