-20 years experience in project evaluation, exploration,
and development.

J. Michael Sierakoski
-25 years in technical consulting, specializing in
hydrometallurgy.
-acting director of research and Chief Process
Engineer with Inspiration Consolidated Copper.
-worked at Mineral Division of Henkel 1978-1992.
This is a junior mining company; a major firm would be happy with
this team.
There are no plans to change Agate's line of business and the firm
will continue exploration, with focus on Chile, with attention
elsewhere also.
What alternative is there to a rollback?
I am not sure there are regulations in place on the VSE with regard
to forward-looking statements. In the USA, these rules fall within
the meaning of Section 21E of the US Securities Exchange Act.
