Bill Gates and some others worked hard all their lives to earn that title. Had help too.

Many souls on this Earth would say it's an understatement by a long mile. Their lives have been destroyed by these people. Many people have died. The numbers are already in the millions.

Bill Gates influence and control over vaccines has nothing to do with public health. Why would he order the U.S. President not to investigate the ill effects of vaccines? Because he knew they caused death, strokes, cardiac arrest, blood clots and infertility.
