The Dot. Coms crashed in the early spring 2000 while value stocks rallied till Labor Day and then they crashed with the dot.coms after Labor day. I don't see how the stock market is a concern for the middle class one way or the other. The rich, of course, will be primarily affected and 85% of them are going to vote for Trump regardless due to the Biden tax plan.
