The CO2 thing is an outright scam and part of the plan to destroy Western counties. Along with uncontrolled mass immigration designed to overwhelm infrastructure, cancellation of human rights and free speech, widespread use of killer "vaccines", permanent jails in the form of 15 minute cities, and soon to be introduced CDBC's where people will only be able to buy the things they are told to buy.

If governments and their handlers actually gave a damn about CO2 production they would be talking to China and India. That is where more then 80% of the problem is.

You know, the good old Pareto Analysis, a standard engineering tool used when there are many facts and factors to be considered.

You take care of the biggest slice of the pie first.... and that is NOT Europe or the USA.

That is not happening because no one in authority really gives a damn, it's just all about control and subjugation of the West. The war going on in Ukraine is part of the distraction process and a get rich quick scheme for the few.
