Assuming it happened at all (even though the video from the SVU episode obliterates any chance that happened to her)

I'm going to argue that being invited into a dressing room on an utterly empty floor of a large building, by a woman who believes rape is sexy and writes articles about fucking everyone she comes in contact with, cannot end in a rape of said woman. Just definitionally. Even had she bragged to someone at the time about it.

She put herself there. Not him. She knew the circumstances it put her in, and I do not subscribe to the absurd theory that putting oneself in such a position leaves room to later call it rape unless she were under the influence of a date-rape drug or other intoxicant. Those would be borderline in some cases.

This woman was no inexperienced about these matters. She knew full well that at that point she was committed when she invited him into the situation.

The problem with my remarks above is there isn't A SINGLE, SOLITARY SHRED of evidence to support her lies.
