There is no evidence of a rape.

But if one occurred, you can't credibly lay blame on anyone. Because no one knows what really happened and that woman may not even know. Or she could be lying. Or Trump could believe it wasn't a rape but consensual sex occurred. She could have believed it was consensual at the time, but since he subsequently ignored her, she got pissed. There are a hundred possibilities, almost all ending with her being a liar.

Some rapes that happened are the fault of the male and those males are criminals. But you can't just manipulate the law to get Trump. Which is what happened.

The only side I'm taking is that of commonsense law.
