A few days ago I successfully upgraded my iPhone 13 Pro and iPad mini 5 (Wi-Fi) to iOS 17.4.1 with no issues since.

I restarted both devices afterward to fix any issues that might crop up after an upgrade just to be safe, but I haven't heard of that being a problem for a few years now.
