Baidu is cheaper than Google because it does not have shown organic growth for years. I think it is presumably because Baidu is in weaker competitive positions because PDD, BABA and Tencent (Wechat) have ecosystems where much traffic take place without users even checking for Baidu’s search result.

Now if Google would stop growing , it would get low get a lower valuation, but so far that’s just not yet happening.
