not sure now what to make of Cruttenden Roth's retail-side brokers [week of Feb 2] advising their clients to HOLD and not to BUY until further notice...? What did they know and when did they know it? Again, C-R issued [maintained] their BUY on 01-29-98 and C-R retail brokers essentially issued a HOLD the following week...and management is not talking...let's just say, at this point, [allegedly] considerable culpability [may] lie with Cruttenden Roth (retail v. analyst), TMSR management (formal disclosure of material information), and Len Cereghino&Co (ref/2/6/98 fact sheet) including but not limited to the ~40% drop from 52-week high, TMSRs failed secondary, present shareholder concerns, all in light of SEC Rule 10b-5 (re: possible/alleged ommission, disclosure, reliance, representation...) ...Accordingly, we are confident something will break and/or formally disclose soon...
