Sounds like opening morning problems: "Due to delayed response time experienced by bidders Round 1 has been extended to xxx p.m. ET." Round one was supposed to have ended at 11:00 (9 to 11 this morning, then 2 to 4 this afternoon). Close of round 1 has been delayed several times and is now at 1:00. Results are supposed to be available within the half hour following the close.
