The only thing that is clear to me is your twisting of the truth.

The US Supreme Court didn't say that forgiving student debt itself is unconstitutional. Instead, they said that the original means by which Brandon wanted to accomplish that was unconstitutional.

So Brandon is trying other means, but that too will be subject to judicial review.

In other words, this is the system of checks and balances working as intended. It is NOT, as you claim, an example of Brandon being an autocrat.

Contrast this with Trump who, like Orban, wants to do away with that whole system and become a dictator, even for a day.
