Well, looks like it closed well off the high, and the 3.40 bid appears to have vanished (I wasn't looking right before the close, but the ask is still 3.60). Hope it goes back up, but with 8 trading days, you're taking a chance. I feel more comfortable selling at market with a solid bid like that and possible price improvement. Too many times over the years I've seen too many people lose serious money holding out for a few pennies. Especially if you don't want K-1 complications, you dont want to go through exotic hedging contortions. The only other suggestion is maybe a calendar spread to July if you're really confident in the stock.
