Yes I find Dr McCullough believable, as many others,

There have been several hospitalised Covid cases where relatives had had to get a court order to have their loved ones treated so they didn't die. Several of those were for prescribing Ivermectin, and the patients did recover.

That is how bad it's been, and yes the facts are clear as daylight on the matter.
