Business Summary
KEG provides a full range of maintenance and workover services to major and independent oil and gas companies in the U.S. and Argentina. As of 11/97, KEG operated 775 well service rigs, 608 fluid hauling and other trucks and 27 dril-ling rigs. For the three months ended 9/97, total revenues rose from $31.5 million to $75.6 million. Net income rose from $1.6 million to $4.9 million. Results reflect oilwell service acquisitions, higher sales from Odessa Exploration and increased equipment utilization.
