Well either way I doubt they sold at the high, and they are sure hoping that this comapny goes belly up so they dont have to give back one red cent. the fact that this damaged the price of this company as they were pulling themselves up by the bootstraps is enough reason to sue the hell out of them. IMHO. Why not get damages, I certanly would if someone breached a contract like this. This story about the leaked shares has been taken on faith only at this point, after this long 60+days, faith is wearing thin. Something more concrete should have been revealed by now. Something should be public knowledge by now if this is the truth, if their actually is legal action going on here, then some statement should be made ie Press Release about the situation. The letter that allen wrote to them has not been answered yet either so it makes me wonder what is really going on here. will they ever explain things to everyone? Who is feeding whom a line of BS here.
