You are presuming a fair trial. It is not possible, in NYC, for anyone related to the Trump Organization to have a fair trial at this point.
IMO this is complete and utter bullshit.

Like Bill, you are of the opinion that it is impossible for someone like Trump to get a fair trial in NYC simply because of politics.

That's highly un-American of you, that you have no faith in our system of justice because all of the countermeasures against politically-charged trials, such as due process and trial by jury of peers, are inadequate.

By the way, it's also HYPOCRITICAL of you to claim this because Trump himself is supercharging the politics of the trials, and that's by design.

In other words, he himself is trying to break the judicial system by MAKING it political, all while blaming everyone else BUT himself for his own actions.

You probably think I'm way off base here, but everything I said is supported by Trump's own words.
