Hi there,

I have one question for you. What is your definition of irresponsible posting? Where will you draw that line?

I don't know for sure that you are a Citizen of the United States of America, but it looks to me like you might actually be the employee of a Public Library in Maryland.. at least your internet address implies that could be the case.

If that is the case, then I can only imagine you are familiar with something called "The First Amendment to the Constitution". Please take that into consideration if you care to answer my question. (BTW I am not trying to be a smart ass... I am totally serious)

If you need i will quote it from memory. I believe this to be correct.

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."

So how exactly would you like NAMX to 'react legally' (your words) to what is said via this peaceable assembly of the NAMX thread on SI, on the internet?

respectfully,
James
