But this man nailed it, in every respect, and the judge has no credible testimony from any other witness, yet arbitrarily, citing incorrect data, threw it all out choosing his, they arbitrarily determined a massive judgment for half a billion dollars when no one sustained a nickel of loss. No one in his right mind would say that was a fair trial. Yet here you are. We need to get you in Texas Texas for a couple years because you aren’t thinking right and I think you can be fixed.
