Inode,
I posted tonight Dershowitz' rationale for the outrageous lack of due process in the EGC trial.
You didn't post any specifics. (I could Google them myself, but I'd rather let you bring up at least one or two points that he made rather than doing your job myself.)

In any case, I'm already aware of Alan Dershowitz's arguments and his qualifications.

I'm also quite curious as to why Trump didn't hire Dershowitz as his legal counsel.
No Un-American of me. It is unAmerican of THEM!
Like I said, you didn't post any specific examples of due process being denied to Trump in the E. Jean Carroll case.

Instead, you made the blanket assumption that Trump can never get a fair trial in NYC because eVeRyOnE tHeRe hAtEs hIm.

If anyone has no faith in the system, it's you.

If anyone wants to sabotage the system because it's "inherently unfair," it's you.

How does that make you any different than some "woke" liberal who thinks the system is also "inherently unfair," though for different reasons?
