If they are infringing of cyi technology i myself feel that i would take it to court. Frequently young companies are eaten up by large it is wrong in my opinion. Litigation is costly but in the case of Fonar it was won.

I highly doubt mot would leave themselves open to infringement .
the more you see the problems that cyi has faced the more you respect Mr. Hawk and peers.
