You are probably correct, but the OFFICIAL no-hope cutoff is 18, thus Jfred is probably well within the limits, if not the statutes. Perhaps he could establish a second career as a Monitor of Forced Cuteness Rehabilitation (MFCR).

Think about it. I'm sure Jfred already has the qualifications to be a true MFCR.
