Yes Inode, that's why I believe the Alvin Bragg case is the weakest of all the criminal cases against Trump. The media readily admits that the Bragg case is based on a "novel legal theory." Moreover, the only crime Trump is guilty of is misreporting "hush money" as some other expenditure. If anything, this should be either a civil case, like the NY civil fraud case that put Trump on the hook for $450M, or the criminal charges ought to be misdemeanors. Misreporting hush money to a pron star really is no big deal. Certainly not compared to Trump's other criminal cases. Tenchusatsu
