By definition, that is a rape. But the jury did not find rape had occurred. We can't just arbitrarily override what the jury said, even thought imo the evidence is clear that none of it happened. The jury said what it did. We either go by it or we don't. The jury did NOT find a rape occurred. See the juror response form which I previously posted.
