Hate Act is picking on all the "right" people. This outrageous arrest of a 74 year old lady in Scotland is revolting.
"Hi {redacted}, I am a victim of the hate/crime bill. On Tuesday two police turned up at my door to arrest me. They would not tell me why, only that it was an allegation
"I was not told anything until I arrived at the police station (in a police van) I was searched, jewellery removed, phone switched off & only at the interview was I told that my anti social neighbour had claimed that I called her a simple mongol.
"I have not spoken to this person since November when she made another false allegation against me. 2 years I have endured damage to my property, abuse, false allegations, this is along with other neighbours who have suffered, the person involved is a private renter, we are all owners.
"I thought I was a strong person, but this nightmare has made me ill, every time I think about it I am in tears, shaking & feeling very unwell. No charges were made.....
"My daughter is now in contact with a lawyer
"I am 74 years old I just wish Useless could be ousted!
{redacted} has since told me by phone that when she asked what would happen if she didn't get into the police van she was told she'd have to be handcuffed.
"She's in a right state."
