To be clear, digital penetration is NOT a crime.

I would argue that if, as a younger man, I found myself alone with an attractive woman in a dressing both in an otherwise empty commercial building, some penetration might have happened. Penetration has occurred in many places where that circumstance turns up.

But finding a floor in a department store during business hours with cash registers on the counter, that is TOTALLY UNOCCUPIED?

I have never, ever heard of THAT.

I will just say also, I've known quite a few women who have been raped. Never met one that could not remember -- or at least figure out -- what year it was. And honestly, that ought to be a basic requirement and if it isn't, how can anything she says about the event be BELIEVED?
