A 70 point drop in SPX from here will trigger the flash crash. It may even happen with ES going under 5k. This is about the mechanical flows of people who use algos similar to mine, not those who deploy counter trend strategies like the harmonic trading. The gist of the argument is that the BTFD crowd has ran out of cash and cannot buy this dip as you anticipate it. Meanwhile the FA crowd is saying there won't be any rate cuts and these prices are absurd. Of course I could always be wrong and the market could do anything at any time. E.g. I am taking a major hit on LAC b/c I talked myself out of listening to my own algo. I had two days of warning.
