HiTom,

Thanks for that recap.

KMI is utility like, but with slowly growing growth rates beyond that of utilities IMO.

LNG exports and gas exports to Mexico which are more robust due to tariffs than most expect. again IMO.

IT is a long term buy and hold and it consistently is the best dividend yield in my portfolio, as they reduce debt ratios, and return capital to stockholders - much of which is tax free.

With dividends, I buy at higher prices above my average and add on to my position, buy on dips and my cost on average still declines by pennies.

I think it is a great retirement annuity without the up front fees.

Thanks again for the article.

I see the TIKI bar is opening up with the "Stephens Band". His mother taught HOMEC at Howards Grove for many years. She was a sweet lady!

If time allows, we hope to relax and enjoy the coming of summer there.

I think that tulip stake bed needs a big block! LOL

Have you seen the auction in Plymouth with the "Kramer Estate". Im told it is a very neat collection of cars and tools. Hope to see the items for sale. I'm an auction sucker! LOL

luedkeauctionsandappraisals.com 'Kramer estates', locals who knew him say he had very nice equipment and old restored cars.
