In 2023, the combination of these three companies recorded approximately $5 million in revenue and over $1 million in EBITDA. That is above average EBITDA! They will have an improved technology platform integrating Digibriks' connectivity solutions, IIOT platforms, and digital twin technologies with OneMind, giving Affluence a dominant product in multiple industries. Let that sink in. Much larger markets. This means new Telecom and Manufacturing opportunities.
