Nobody sold out even 10M above $0.20 let alone 50M. They were thought to be sold in the penny to subpenny range last I remember. Nothing official of course. All I know I have bought and sold several times and I wish I didn't buy yesterday at $0.0285. Nobody is doing any real accumulation right now except the MM's. Now news and I'd hate to say it but we will see 0.01 at least on the BID. I have a friend holding 100K @0.14. JeffG
