You are correct in your assumption that I expected a quick 50% return in ATPX after the LUNN merger. On the other hand, we DO NOT know anything about this new company except what we find out, piece by piece. I asked ATP about the possibility of a website for the company in early Jan. and was told that it was being considered. Well....now we know they had a website all along...what's that all about?
You can buy all of this stock you want but not me, I don't care if it goes ballistic. No one will tell us that they are on target with earnings or anything else we've asked for, that's my problem with this company. As a former LUNN stockholder I want to know if I am due more ATPX stock or not. It's a simple question and I'll bet they know the answer already.
As far as accommodating me with answers goes.....I own part of this company and it is my right to have my questions answered. No one here bent ATP's arm up behind their back to go public. That's what you face when you take peoples money in lieu of ownership, you are accountable to the owners for your actions or inaction. If they don't want a bunch of stockholder participation then they need to do something to get the price of the stock back up to the level that makes the NEW OWNERS happy. Remember, they can always do a stock buyback if they don't like the deal they've made with their new PARTNERS. Thanks for your opinion, we need to see all sides, it makes for a better understanding of the market. JR
