While I'm glad that the insurrectionists are getting years-long jail sentences, I fear the latest "93% peaceful protesters" mentioned below will get nothing more than slaps on the wrist:

Tensions are so high at Columbia ahead of Passover that all classes will be virtual today (CNN)

Think about that. The last time Columbia (or any school for that matter) had to hold virtual classes was during COVID.

Does that mean the pro-Hamas protesters that are currently invading Columbia's campus are potentially just as deadly as an airborne coronavirus? Or are the administrators at Columbia overreacting?

People notice these things, Wharfie. People will draw comparisons between the "93% peaceful protesters" on January 6th, 2021, the "93% peaceful protesters" during Seattle's sUmMeR oF lOvE, and the "93% peaceful protesters" on Columbia's campus.
