| | | Tenchu's Thoughts: Not America First, but Trump First
I noticed something over this weekend foreign aid bills, and it has to do with the whole notion of isolationism and "America First."
How many MAGA Republicans who, after voting against aid to Ukraine because of "America First," then voted for aid to Israel?
After all, according to the Q Continuum, we can't spend money in Ukraine unless we also cancel plans to build schools, libraries, highways, and other infrastructure here in America.
So ... how are we going to spend money in Israel and Taiwan unless we also make the same kinds of "sacrifices" here?
Why are these MAGAts "isolationist" when it comes to Ukraine, but "interventionist" when it comes to Israel and Taiwan?
Doesn't Ukraine also carry a measure of strategic significance, like Israel and Taiwan?
If so, isn't it worth discussing how valuable Ukraine's strategic significance is and how that also factors into our strategic interests in the Middle East and Asia?
Of course, the Q Continuum doesn't want to discuss any of that. They want to pretend that throwing Ukraine under the bus serves America's interests, but not throwing Israel and Taiwan under the bus, either.
In other words, it's not about isolationism, nor is it about "America First."
Rather, it's all about "Trump First."
And if Trump loves Israel and loves Taiwan and hates Ukraine, then so will the rest of MAGA.
