In his view, America is some post-apocalyptic wasteland, Mad Max style. Now there are one or more "shining cities on the hills". Very exclusive. Very hard to get into. But once you do get in, it is very orderly. Everyone follows the rules Not that there are rules rules, but every right thinking individual knows the right thing to do, so this isn't an issue. Think I can interest Apple TV on a ten episode deal? I think this could be a long running franchise.
