I take 250 mcg (10,000 IU) of Vitamin D3 daily, along with 200 mcg of Vitamin K2 MK-7 to make sure the D3 goes where it's needed. Recent test showed my D3 blood level at 75.7 ng/mL, right where it should be. Like you, I seldom get sick (no COVID, no mRNA "vaccine" shots, no masks, no lockdown) and just shake my head at all the hysterical reactions to this Wuhan virus.
